Rabbi Nachman Bulman בס"ד
Yeshivat Ohr Sameyach י' אלול תשנ"ט
Ohr Laoleh September 1999
To my friends and colleagues,
The undersigned was the spiritual leader of Kiryat Nachliel in Migdal HaEmek from 1979 till 1993. Heart surgery caused my return to Yerushalayim. During those years many American olim were enabled by Nachliel to integrate into Israeli life. Most lived a life of Torah and Derech Eretz, some were Kollel scholars. There was a school for boys and one for girls. There were many adult classes, plus guidance and counselling.
Since my return to Yerushalayim, the distinguished educator Rav Yosef Politi guided the Kehilla with rare dedication, and I remained in heart and soul attached to the families and its institutions. The educational network of Shas took our girl's school and our kindergartens under its wing. The classes for adults continue to Gane a large attendance. But the crisis in Shas leaves Nachliel and especially its girl's school without sufficient support, and in danger of collapse.
I therefore turn to you with a heartfelt plea for renewed financial support for a noble cause. May Hashem bless you and yours with his blessings for the new year.
Nachman Bulman
Formerly Rav Kiryat Nachliel
