About Kiryat Nachliel
Kiryat Nachliel was founded in 1979 in Migdal HaEmek by Rav Nachman Bulman zt"l — the renowned American-born rabbi and educator whose life's work was bringing Jews home: to Torah, to mitzvos, and to Eretz Yisrael.
Continuity
When Rav Bulman returned to Yerushalayim in 1993 following heart surgery, he wrote in 1999: "The distinguished educator Rav Yosef Politi guided the kehilla with rare dedication, and I remained in heart and soul attached to the families and its institutions"
Rav Politi continues to lead the institutions in Migdal HaEmek today.

In recent years, Nachliel has become a home for Sephardic families across northern Israel who are growing in their observance and seeking a place to educate their children — particularly their daughters — in an environment of warmth, depth, and authentic halacha.
The majority of our students today are second-generation baalei teshuva. They integrate beautifully with girls from established Charedi families. The avodah is the same avodah Rav Bulman built his life around.
